About the position:
ELITS is now searching to fill a permanent position for a Windows system administrator in Linköping. As a system administrator you will be responsible for the operation, function, development and quality of the Windows Development Platform service that ELITS operates.
The tasks are divided to both individual and work in projects. It is important that you have a great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. The ability to handle teamwork and co-operation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and a quality delivery to our customers. Work during weekends may occur.
You will be part of the global network for Windows Development Platform support and the main interface to the Windows Development Platform Service Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
• Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008
• Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2003
• Windows 7 Configuration
Optional Competence requirements:
• CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) for Citrix XenApp
• CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) for Citrix XenDesktop
• CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) for Citrix XenServer
General knowledge:
• A solid understanding of the Windows Server OS and general Windows environment overall for Windows Server 2003 & 2008 and Windows 7)
• Basic understanding of Citrix XenApp
• Basic networking knowledge
• Basic understanding of storage technologies
• Experience of ITIL is an advantage
Soft skills:
• Good customer service skills
• Good written and communication skills (in both Swedish and English)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to learn quickly
• Good attitude
