JOB DESCRIPTIOON
IT Group is an internal service organization working with IT infrastructure solutions. Our services extend over phases from analysis – design – implementation – operation & support.
We are located at Axis headquarter in Lund but operate globally at Axis subsidiaries, CLC's and production sites. Our goal is to provide and maintain a secure, reliable and effective IT infrastructure according to Axis needs.
As System administrator with focus on Microsoft products you will mainly work as a 3rd level Windows expert but you will also be involved in our other environments. Your main tasks will be to:
• Design, install and configure Windows server environments.
• Plan, coordinate and implement changes in the operating environment
• Operations and maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Work in various development projects as an technical expert within your area
• Improve our environments and automate routine work
As a system administrator you will work both independently and together with colleagues in the team. Your work will also involve taking part in different kinds of IT projects together with other parts of the organization.
The position involves some extent of travelling and if needed an on-call duty.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven team player with a genuine interest in IT and technology. It's essential that you are a service-minded and communicative individual with ability to work independently in order to perform your tasks in an efficient way. Apart from the above we think you have the following qualifications.
• A technical university degree or equivalent experience
• Expert level competence in Windows 2003 and 2008 system administration
• Working experience and deep knowledge of different kinds of IT environments
• Good competence in MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, MS SQL and MS SharePoint
• Good knowledge in written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory
