ELITS is now searching to fill a permanent position for a System administrator, Virtualization, in Stockholm.
About the position:
As a System Administrator, Virtualization, you will be responsible for the operation, function, development, and quality of the environments we host, some of the largest IT-environments in Sweden. The tasks are divided to both individual and work in projects. You will be part of a team that spans across several sites in Sweden, Germany, China, USA and Canada. The ability to handle teamwork and cooperation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and quality delivery to our customers. Work during weekends may occur.
As a Virtualization technician you will manage incidents, problems and change management of our customer's ESX and VMware environments. You will also participate in different projects.
Qualifications:
You have experience of virtualization, primarily of VMware ESX and Xen. Experience working in large enterprise organizations is an advantage.
You have very good communication skills and can speak and write English and Swedish fluently. Experience of ITIL is an advantage.
As a person you have the ability to work independently, you are communicative and have a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues. You are organized and strive for results and quality. You have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
