ELITS is now searching to fill a permanent position for a System administrator in Gothenburg.
About the position:
As a system administrator you will be responsible for the operation and installation of the servers that ELITS operates.
The tasks are divided to both individual and work in projects. It is important that you have a great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You will be a part of a team spans across several sites in Sweden. The ability to handle teamwork and co-operation is an important skill to maintain a high standard and a quality delivery to our customers. Work during weekends may occur.
It is important that you can handle critical server solutions, and at the same time have a professional attitude, be able to organize your tasks and handle stressful situations. As a system administrator you should have a great interest in technology and the ability to visualize the customer needs.
Qualifications:
• In depth knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting skills
• Able to handle TCP- and IP-based networks
• Experience working with incidents, problems, IT orders, requests, changes and releases
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and good knowledge in Swedish
• Experience of ITIL is an advantage
• Experience working in large enterprise organizations is an advantage

• Communicative and a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Organized and strive for results and quality
• Ability to coordinate and handle more than one task at the same time
• Being proactive
