To be able to deliver on this, you need to enjoy solving technical issues and supporting your co-workers hands-on. You are structured and able to plan and prioritize your own work.
The opportunity
System administrator @ EY Doberman located in Stockholm, covering our Nordic business unit. EY Doberman is a design and innovation business with more than 100 employees at our offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki. We work with technology to create new products and services and it is key that a system administrator enables us to use the latest technologies.
Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for our technical infrastructure of Macs, cloud services, WiFi and mobile phones, in addition to making sure that all other technology at our offices are working properly (meeting rooms, access controls and alarm systems). You will be responsible for purchasing and repairing our technical equipment, being in dialogue with different suppliers, and will have your own budget responsibility. You are comfortable with a service profession and will help Doberman professionals on issues related to technical tools they use in their daily work, as well as planning for our longer-term technological needs. Doberman is a part of EY, and part of the role will be to bridge Doberman and EYs IT organization to enable our needs.
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for someone with an agnostic view of technology that understands the best way to approach and solve our needs. You should have at least a couple of years of experience with system administration, primarily Apple environment, MacOS, iOS, but also understand PCs. We mainly use cloud services such as Dropbox, G Suite and Microsoft, and you need to have the knowledge to securely backup and keep our business safe. Being able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbally, is a prerequisite.
To qualify for the role you must have
2+ years' experience with system administration
Experience with MacOS and iOS
Experience with cloud services such as Dropbox, G Suite and Microsoft
Fluency in oral and written English
