ABOUT THE POSITION

We are pioneers in cross platform apps and media and the position as Technical Project Manager will bring you a continuous flow of new challenges at the fore front of technology ranging from Web, Connected TV, ipads, and different Androiddevices.
As a System Administrator your role will be primarily focused on setting up new client solutions, as well as managing and maintaining existing systems. You will get towork on exciting end-to-end projects with deployment of largescale, hightransaction e-commercewebsites, development of media services on anyconnecteddevice.

You are a multi-skilled and service minded person with strong inter-personal skills interested in cutting edge technology and .

• Experience of Helpdesk work (essential)
• Experience of managing windows servers (essential)
• Experience of managing Linux servers.
• Experience of network administration(essential)
• Experience of software development.
• Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
TECH SKILLS:
• Windows server administration(essential)
• MS SQL server administration
• FTP server administration
• IIS Web server administration
• Back up administration
• Network administration (essential)
• Streaming video, CDN (content distribution network)
• DRM technology for video on demand
• Administration of monitoring systems.

TASKS:
• As a member in the Managed Servicesteam,investigate issues reported by customers, helping customers solve technical issues with our products.
• Set up infrastructure for our products in cloud based hosting.
• Monitor and maintain the systems performance.
• QA testing new features before they are put in production.
• Deploy new versions to the production server.
• Developing customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis.
• Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.
• Maintain technical and project documentation.
• Software Development and Maintenance of Products and Services
• Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products and services.
