WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Exeger is growing and we are now looking for our next System Administrator. We believe you have a strong technical understanding and that you are detail oriented. Furthermore, you are dynamic and thrive in an industrial environment. Our recruitment process focuses as much on personality/culture fit as it does on merit. That said, we know that you will have a better chance at succeeding in this role if you have the following:
• Several years of experience from a similar position.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Previous knowledge of Monitor is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of Exeger 's growing IT team. In the role as System Administrator, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business value chain to identify their needs and manage the implementation of suitable digital solutions to cater to them. You will be the point of contact for external suppliers and key internal stakeholders for ERP system analysis, design, development, and implementation. Areas of responsibility include:
• Overall and detailed knowledge of our ERP system
• Be the interface between the Business and IT
• Support changes to fulfil technical or non-technical business requirements.
• Proactively analyze and identify needs of improvements, to implementing and follow up on results.
• Deliver process management and excellence practices in the organization related to the ERP System

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
