Supply Coordinator

The Demand & Supply Chain organization is responsible for the supply off goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. Communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers is routed via this department.

As Supply Coordinator you play a key role in the interface between Demand & Supply Chain Management and factories that are allocated to you.

Areas of responsibility
• Provide forecast and net demand to factories on a regular basis
• Be in close contact with factories and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
• Discuss and agree on flexibility with factories
• In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply / prioritization
• Coordinate product phase in/out
• Place and monitor purchase orders to factories
• Develop and improve current processes
• Inventory management
• Direct contact to sales companies connected to central/regional warehouses

Qualifications
We require someone who has international experience in this area and/or has a university degree in logistics or economics.

Fluent English both spoken and written is required.
