SYMSOFT IS HIRING CUSTOMER OPERATIONS ENGINEERS
We need to strengthen our organization and we are now looking for Customer Operations Engineers who would like to work in an innovative and global company.
WORKING AT SYMSOFT

Our offices are located in Stockholm, Kista Science Tower. You can easily get here by sub-way, bus or train.
The work as a Customer Operations Engineer is an opportunity and a challenge for you with good knowledge in the Service Layer part of a mobile network.
The work consists for example in providing;
deployment of product solutions on customer sites
2nd line support to all Symsoft offices including problem report investigation, analysis and resolution management.
support for customer acceptance tests and internal operation tests
PERSONAL QUALITIES
The work requires a close collaboration with Project Management and R&D within Symsoft. We expect that you have a high degree of social competence and can readily form contacts.
You should be highly committed and driven. You are a team player but you can also work independently. You have a positive attitude and self-confidence.
At Symsoft, there can be a lot happening, so you need to be flexible and feel comfortable working at a high tempo. You have the ability and willingness to undertake foreign travel and to have been working in an international environment is merited.
NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent
• Computer- & telecoms background
• Speak and write English fluently
• Strong Unix knowledge, preferably with experience of Solaris Operating System
• Experience in installation, configuration and support of relational databases. Oracle databases are deployed with Symsoft products.
• Expertise in Intelligent Networks, Messaging- and Charging- systems for mobile operators
• SS7 signaling
• IP signaling
