What we are looking for
In our team, we secure that IT is delivered with good performance and high availability. That our processes for on-boarding and off-boarding are known and work smoothly. To achieve as much cost transparency as possible for services invoiced to the business.
In this role you will plan, coordinate, and be consultative, capturing the functional IT requirements of the Uniper business in Sweden.
You will:
• capture needs for new IT solutions or changes in existing. Together with the business define requirement specifications and turn them in to IT solutions which give business value.
• be the link between the business and ITIL managers (e.g. Incident, Change, Management), Service Owner organization etc., to ensure that the severity level for the business is understood.
• together with Security colleagues, ensure that our IT solutions and processes are in compliance with legal regulations
The role includes participation in IT projects with responsibility for a specific project role, e.g. a specific technical task, communication to end users, and documentation.
You will also:
• approve invoices and payments for already agreed contracts
• recommend IT solutions for functionality required from the business
• manage priorities
• manage project tasks
Sub-project management and coordination within a, from time-to-time, defined budget
You will work closely with your IT colleagues and learn to understand the requirements of the Swedish Uniper business.
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, thus we will carry out security clearance before employment.
Who we are seeking
We believe that you understand impact of changes from a technical and business point of view, have an inquisitive nature, with the ability to question and challenge expectations. You probably also have an analytical mindset.
Essential
• service management experience and ability to understand business impact
• ability to use initiative and to work on several projects
• both be able to work independently and function well with the team
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• know and understand ITIL
• Spoken and written Swedish and English language
