The Support Technician duties are:
• Handle error log
• Set up and start new customers, agree on roll-out plan with client
• Investigation of questions from customer
• Order access and change passwords
The Support technician reports to the Delivery Manager with the overall responsibility for the delivery area assigned.
Skills:
Important skills for the Support Technician are listed below.
• JCL, SQL queries, OPC knowledge, file handling, file transfer protocol
• Swedish and English both spoken and written, additional languages are a merit
• Analytical skill and sense of order are a must
• Skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Customer oriented and service minded
