You are now offered a chance to work in a major international company in a fast growing European city - Tallinn. On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a motivated and multilingual Service Desk Agent for a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will include technical support via telephone and e-mail for the customers' employees, solving technical problems and handling requests for different technical service. In addition, you will be handling remotely software installations and upgrades.
If you have a customer service attitude and communicate fluently in English and Swedish language, you are the right person to grow professionally in this field. The job location is Tallinn, Estonia and the suitable candidate is ready to relocate there.
KvalifikationerJob requirements:
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills are a must;
• Experience in Service Desk or/and Customer Support tasks is an advantage;
• Relevant education and training, preferably in ICT-field;
• Knowledge in Windows support environment, servers and MS Office products would be a plus;
• Familiarity with AD-administration is an advantage;
• Good social skills, positive customer service oriented approach and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to go along with different people and work well in a team;
• Readiness to work and live in Estonia
