hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2016-08-11Om tjänstenCurrently we are looking for our well-known Client - multifunctional business service center in Gdansk motivated candidates for the position of: Junior Procurement Execution Officer with Swedish.
Working in this role allows you to be a part of a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Procurement department consist of three teams: services, execution and distribution replenishment planning. Procurement execution and services teams are responsible for purchase orders creation and maintaining master data. DRP team is responsible for maintaining the distribution planning.
Your tasks:
• creating purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions and/or outline agreements
• following-up deliveries and inventory levels (value/volume)
• informing Procurement Services to maintain data in SAP (supplier data, info records, contracts)
• monitoring contract compliance internally and externally
• working cross functionally with Accounts Payable on invoice matching and problem invoices
• participating in development of purchasing process
• providing internal communication regarding problems in deliveries
• maintaining external contacts: supplier's operational staff
• maintaining internal contacts such as sourcing, production planning, production, warehouses
KvalifikationerYour profile: you are fluent in Swedish & English; you gained previous experience in customer support or you are a fresh graduate looking for permanent role. You possess good practical knowledge of MS Office tools and your previous experience proved you are customer oriented, have easiness in communication and you show great team work attitude. You are ready for relocation to Poland and you aim at stable job.
