As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Engage with customers on inbound & outbound telephone calls.
• Respond to customer emails through written communication.
• Evaluate the customers? circumstances by asking effective questions.
• Listen and understand what your customer is telling you, assess the circumstances and reach an outcome which is best for both the customer and the business.
• Follow set guidelines and procedures when dealing with customers.
• Deal with every customer in an appropriate, courteous and professional manner
What you'll need to succeed?
You will need a friendly and outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys dealing with people. You must demonstrate good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure.
An excellent professional telephone manner is essential for the role as is a passion for doing a good job and providing an excellent service to customers. As well as professional experience, you will show a professional attitude to your work.
We are seeking individuals who:
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Swedish
• Can work a minimum of 40 hours per week during September - October
• 40 hours/week throughout September - October
About the position:
• Hourly wage

• Monday - Friday (08.15-17.00)
• Placed in Lenson's office in Kungsholmen, central Stockholm
