Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to all operations in relation to Swedish laws and the laws of other jurisdictions such as Scandinavian countries, Eastern-European countries, the UK, including drafting and negotiating a large variety of agreements, involvement in disputes and warranty claims, monitoring development on regulatory changes and best practices. Develop and promote practices and procedures to ensure the effective management of legal risk.

Profile:
• Master in business laws (Sweden)
• 5 years PQE with a particular focus in areas of technology/telecommunication services and/or financial services
• Experience of a multijurisdictional business or legal function
• Fluency in Swedish, English and another Scandinavian language
