Klarnas Debt Collection Departments primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. As part of our continuous growth we are now looking for a new member to our Swedish Debt Collection Department.

Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore you will have contact with authorities and e-stores. You will also be working with administrative tasks for example writing reports and follow up projects. In your role it is important to be able to find solutions and goal oriented. We always strive to outperform our customers? expectations!

We are looking for a social and engaged person who easily can talk to people and who likes giving great service. You know English fluently. You should also be efficient, focused and work in a structured manner with a great ability to make decisions. You are analytical, like to solve problems and have a strong desire to learn new things. You should also enjoy your work the most when you have the possibility to show your capacity!

We'll be extra interested if you...
• Are experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Have a technical and analytical mindset, eager to question and develop internal processes.
• Have an interest in judicial problems and customer rights.

We also place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or working experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our debt collection department.
