Babyshop offers an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. Babyshop.com is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for a Swedish-speaking customer care agent.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. You will also be responsible for the customer care element of our social media flow, product translation and other copy such as newsletters, brand information etc.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is determined to deliver results. You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference. You have an excellent command of Swedish, additional language skills are a plus. You have a customer first mindset, are outgoing and are comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chatt, e-mail and social media. Some evening or weekend work may occur at peak times.
You ideally have experience from customer service and preferably over phone or e-mail. We value most your drive and passion but it's also our wishes that you have experience within one of the below:
• Clothing retail
• E-commerce
• Childrens products
• Sales
• Customer care
