Babyshop offers an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. Babyshop.com is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for a Multilingual customer care agent. The position involves supporting customers in our different companies: babyshop.se, babyshop.com and alexandalexa.com.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is determined to deliver results. You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference. You have an excellent command of Swedish and English, additional language skills are a plus. You have a customer first mindset, are outgoing and are comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social media.
The position is during nights and weekends.
You ideally have experience from customer service and preferably over phone, chat or e-mail. We value most your drive and passion but it 's an extra plus if you have experience within:
• Clothing retail
• E-commerce
• Childrens products
• Sales
• Customer care
