Are you a student and looking for an exciting internship in a developing and growing company? Skånemejerier are now looking for an intern to our process department. This is where it happens; the raw milk turns into different dairy products!

Tasks
The management and follow-up of our cleaning is a key point to produce high quality products. The parameters have to be reliable all along the cleaning process. In order to be able to clean our plant we have 3 different CIP (Cleaning In Place) stations. To be able to follow the parameters properly we need to get the full picture of our equipment.
We would like to inforce the follow-up of our cleaning. That's why we are looking for someone to:
• Map our current CIP equipment: length of the piping, diameter, flow...
• Technical skilled or interest in process technology
• Do the qualification of the efficiency of the cleaning of each object according to our internal rules: chemical & bacteriological analysis.
• Define a routine to use our CIP handling system.
In order to succeed with those tasks we think you are attending an education which gives knowledge about milk process and you are able to report and document in a structured way.
About you
We believe that you are a student in food, - chemical, -or technical engineering, laboratory analytics or other relevant education.
You must be enrolled as a full-time student throughout the whole internship period and the internship should be included as a part of your education!
You must have an understanding of food, production, processes or similarly.
