Klarna is looking for a SW Product Development Managers to the office in , Sweden.
We are looking for talented managers to our Engineering division.
Klarna is on track to become a new force in payments worldwide and we're looking for talented managers to join us in this journey. We are currently operating in six markets in Europe and constantly expanding to new countries. The growth is driving exponential growth in challenges as well, and our Product Development Department in Stockholm is expanding rapidly. Today we are 80 developers, with over 20 nationalities, divided into six teams, and we aim to double in size over the coming year!
We are looking for experienced SW product development managers to lead our teams of top talented programmers and coach them to the next level. You have had similar positions before with proven results, but now you need to be even better and able to move much faster. We expect you to love working with highly skilled developers in a fast growing environment, enjoy being a manager and look for the best SW developers on the international market as your team expands in size.
Minimum Qualifications:
• M.sc. in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years as manager within SW product development
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Own experience from programming?
• Proven experience with Agile SW development methods
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience from finance and/or e-commerce
• Previous experience as project manager
The position is based at Klarna HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of Product Development.
