Develop next generation platform for Self-driving cars

About our R&D - System Design & Integration
Our department consist of around 200 people that are responsible for the Active safety platform for enabling driver assistance and collision avoidance functions. We are also responsible for making Autonomous Drive become reality for the customer. To make this happen we are working closely with different stakeholders, function design, software developers and sensor teams developing state-of-the-art LiDARs, ultrasonic sensors as well as cameras and radars.
We are now looking for a SW & System design engineer
You are a driven, structured, and self-motivated team player, who will be a part of our agile development team. You have been working with SW architecture & design before and can strengthen the team in creating a flexible SW platform and support our developers and suppliers to create an optimized the SW delivery. You will be a member in a group of around 35 engineers and be part of a team of around 8. You will collaborate with SW & System architects, suppliers, lead developers, Product owners and stakeholder, both internal and external.
Team key tasks
You will together with your team be part in designing and developing a flexible SW architecture for our sensor platform. Together with you colleagues you will work with defining requirements based on the functional and sensor needs. One part in the deliveries is to secure all our functional safety requirements and documentations. One other important task is to secure and measure the CPU load needed for our sensor platform.
We see that you have knowledge within:
Software architecture design
Coding in C/C++ and Python
Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery/Deployment
Working with different functional safety standards e.g. ISO26262, SOTIF and Cyber security
It's meritorious to have knowledge in:
Ethernet, TCP/IP, CAN
Linux
Autosar
Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
Machine learning, neural network and computer vision
NVIDIA automotive HW/SW tools
Working within automotive development
You have:
At least Bachelor of Science within electronics, mechatronics, software or similar
Very good skills in English both written and spoken
Driver's license "B", valid in EU is meritorious.
