You will be part of our growing Digital Services team and work together with kind and skilled individuals in challenging assignments and with exciting customers. Always with the end-user in mind. We all come from different areas of expertise and our ambition is to build a strong team with skills tanging from digital strategy, project management to software and emerging tech. We have a long history of working with embedded software to create connected and smart products.
What you'll do
• You will ensure that the SW team reaches its goals.
• Steer technical and architectural design decisions within the SW team.
• Identify and close gaps in alignment with the SW team and towards the project team.
• Having fun!
We look beyond your resumé, but here is a starting point:
• 3 + years of software development experience
• Experience with working according to industrial development processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience in working with cross-functional team.
At present, we especially need someone with proven leadership experience, who can drive a customer's software team in parallel with implementing and optimizing signal processing algorithms in C. If possible, with experience from working with automotive industry related SW development standards
