hela Sverige We are on behalf of a customer in Lund looking for a Software developer for the Multi Access SW team.
Job description
The job involves mainly handling parts of LTE, WCDMA and GSM protocols for a mobile phone platform. The section develops software that control the mobile phone mobility by optimizing cell changes and handovers inside and between the different access technologies. You will take part in all phases of development. The department work in a global environment in close co-operation with other departments, sometimes at other sites. Development environment is Windows based, however the target is an embedded system. The programming languages are C and C++. You enjoy working both independently and in a small team and you are focused on reaching result on time. As a person you must be thorough and able to work with many different people.
Required competence
• Master of Science in Computer Science or Electronics or equivalent.
• Analytical skills.
• Embedded software development.
• C and C++ language.
• Communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and in team.
Wanted competence
• Knowledge of one or more of GSM, WCDMA, LTE, TD-SCDMA Layer 2/3 Protocols.
Start: 2013-01-07
Duration: 3 months with expected extension.
Location: Lund
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish & English
