SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, EMBEDDED SOFTEWARE AND PLATFORMS
We are looking for two software developers, a junior and a senior, who enjoy programming and wish to develop their skills further, to join the team developing the engine that drives robust interactive and graphically rich user interfaces for embedded platforms.
You will be working in a team of experienced developers who engage with product manager and project leader in an iterative development process based on SCRUM.
Experience / Skills
• You have a Computer Engineering or Software Engineering degree
• You have done theoretical studies with mathematics, or work experience where math and theoretical studies were paramount
• You have at least 2 years of experience in programming
• You are an experienced in C and C++
• You can speak and write fluently in Swedish and/or English, and feel comfortable to work in the other
If you apply as a senior, the following will also be needed
• You have knowledge of the web technologies DOM, JavaScript and XML
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming
• You have experience programming for embedded systems or natively for mobile platforms
• You have proven technical ability to propose and realize complex software solutions
It is a merit if you have experience with embedded or graphics programming as well as experience with web technologies, OpenVG, OpenGL or similar. It is also a merit if you know any languages beyond Swedish and English, and have a driver?s license or the ability to travel. Another merit is if you have used agile development methods before, like SCRUM.
As a senior software engineer you need to have the ability to guide others in your team, motivate them and be able to communicate and express ideas and concepts, both written and spoken.
