We are looking for a Sustaining Engineer - Lifecycle Management for a new role in our expanding team, created to support our growing user base and ensure our products continue to deliver the best experience. About the Role
We are hiring a Sustaining Engineer to manage change controls and lifecycle activities across our existing product portfolio. You will join a cross-functional team coordinating product and process changes with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Process Development.
The role is based at our production site in Hörby, with the opportunity to work from home or the Malmö office 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs.
Your main responsibilities
* Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes according to established procedures - primarily within one large cross-portfolio project.
* Update and manage technical product documentation.
* Conduct product testing (for example durability, adhesion, stability, and transport studies).
* Participate in risk assessments and identify improvements to product and quality processes.
About You
You are proactive, structured, and enjoy working across functions. You take ownership of your work, feel confident making decisions, and are motivated to contribute improvements wherever possible.
We are specifically looking for someone who brings:
* Experience with products, injection molding, and/or adhesives, possibly combined with a chemical background.
* A few years of experience in Change Control, RA, Quality, or Production.
* A relevant academic degree in materials, engineering, or chemistry.
* Project management skills and the ability to coordinate workstreams with clear deliverables.
* Fluency in Swedish and English.
