www.synge.earth We are currently looking for Sustainable Sourcing Manager.
Here are the tasks that you will be performing
Supplier scouting - visit industrial fairs and other forums to look for sustainable suppliers
Supplier auditing - perform Sourcing audits of the suppliers on side
Supplier analysis- analyse and compare suppliers from cost, delivery, quality and sustainable impact
Manage apprentices - mentor and support Synge international apprentices
Who we are looking for:
Educated in Engineering and/or Sourcing
Minimum 3-5 years' experience within technical sourcing or technical project management
High level of flexibility, e.g. high level of travelling, etc
Fluent in English and at least one more European language or Japanese
Excellent organization and communication skills
Previous experience in plastic or batteries are welcome
Strong alignment with Synge mission
Location:
This is a hybrid job with possibilities to work from home with frequent travels to Synge houses in France and Sweden plus international business trips
