Take an active role in shaping Swedbank's sustainability reporting according to the CSRD, ESRSs and the EU Taxonomy
Monitor regulatory changes, support implementation in external and internal reporting and set requirements on stakeholders across the Swedbank Group
Make a significant contribution to Swedbank's commitment to sustainability and sustainability reporting
Be the key specialist in regulatory judgements and definitions for sustainability reporting
Communicate and explain new regulatory requirements and how they impact Swedbank
What is needed in this role: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business administration, Law or equivalent
Experience from the financial sector, financial reporting and sustainability reporting regulations such as CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy, for a minimum of 3 years
Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
Proven track record in making regulatory judgements
Good skills in Microsoft tools such as MS word, MS power point and MS excel
A pragmatic mindset and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment

Swedbank has recently published its first CSRD-compliant sustainability report, but there is a lot to do over the coming years. The sustainability reporting regulatory environment will continue to mature and evolve. As principles specialist, you will guide Swedbank through this evolution and support compliance with the CSRD, ESRSs and EU Taxonomy. If you are self-driven and goal-oriented and enjoy finding solutions to reporting challenges, you will enjoy working with us.
