About the role
As a Student assistant, you will work in our Customer Success Team, contributing to our mission of supporting businesses in their sustainability journey. You will be working around two days per week.
You will mainly:
Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Develop a deep understanding of our platform's features, helping clients apply them effectively.
Set up and continuously develop the platform based on our customers' needs, which includes building measurement structures, visualizations and reports.
Collaborate with experienced team members and share knowledge while building skills in product development, programming, and sustainability.
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects, help develop our processes, and support different areas of the organization.
Are you the one we're looking for?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are currently studying Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
You are meticulous and have a technical understanding, as well as a strong interest in working with digital products. You're fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. As a person, you have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with others to bring positive change. A sense of curiosity, humor, a sharp eye for details and strong problem-solving skills are also important to us.
