You will lead the way through different initiatives and projects both locally in foodora Sweden but also with other countries where Delivery Hero is operating. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• You will lead different projects and initiatives focusing on the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.
• You will set long term goals and visions and work for them - both strategically but also operationally
• You will work cross functionally with various teams both in Sweden and other Delivery Hero countries to share learnings and best practices
• Educate and hold workshops with internal employees
YOU ARE
• Initiator - You don't sit and wait for someone to give you new tasks, you take your own initiatives
• Communicative - Probably you are skilled when it comes to communicate in an pedagogical way
• Relationship builder - You have it in you, to build good relationships with colleagues within the organisation
• Business Minded - What would foodora be without all amazing business minded foodorians? We will welcome your business mindset with open arms and ears!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• You have an university degree, probably within business or engineering or similar
• You have at least two years of working experience, probably from a similar role or as a project leader/management consultant/business analyst
• You have been leading projects regarding sustainability in the society
• You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• You speak and write English fluently, it will be seen as a plus if you speak Swedish
• You probably have experience from working in a fast paced company or a scaleup
