We are now looking for an Impact Controller with a genuine interest in sustainability to be one of the key players for us to continue leading our industry toward a sustainable future and creating long-term profitable growth.

In this role you will join the Controlling team at Group Sustainability, working with talented colleagues coming together from across the company towards realising the vision of a data-driven sustainability approach. This will not only give you the opportunity to join one of the industry's leading Sustainability departments but also to drive one of the most fundamental shifts in our strategy development.
You will team up with one of our senior managers and in collaboration with a team of experts, impact- and area leads, you will be responsible for co-creating and integrating the strategy for the area.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders across the group and play a key role in driving the agenda where you will have the chance to create positive impact for people and planet and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-pilot an area together with a senior manager to catalyse strategies in an engaging, motivating, and in an inclusive way.
Develop objectives and key results that enables us to measure our progress
Drive implementation of management systems to secure accessible and validated data for external reporting and internal decision making.
Set requirements for systems to visualize and integrate sustainability data for performance management.
Co-create integration plans for our brands and key functions together with stakeholders across the Group.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Sustainability Impact Controller, we believe that you have a genuine interest in sustainability and the connection to business. We also believe that you have strong creative analytical skills and can drive results through visualising actionable insights. You are motivated to drive your own responsibility area and prioritisation. In addition, we believe that you are driven to explore and implement new approaches to define and measure meaningful growth.
What you need to succeed:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analyst or similar.
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, or other Data Visualization tools.
Strong informal leadership skills and experience from project management.
Good stakeholder management skills, with ability to navigate in a changing environment.
Additional information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
