Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sustainability Governance Manager to join Group Sustainability Department. As a SG Manager, you will report to the Head of Controlling & Investment at the Sustainability Department and lead team of experienced and motivated colleagues. You will be responsible for securing that the H&M Group is complying with existing ESG-legislation and the upcoming ESG legal requirements. This will require a good understanding on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) since those will be the framework that will drive these questions forward. This will have to be balanced with a business mindset to ensure that these frameworks can be absorbed and integrated into our daily business where required.

Qualifications
Education from Sustainability, Governance, Law, Business or similar
At least 5 years of experience in Sustainability and/or Governance
Previous experience in leading a team
Good ability to prioritize and sequence complex material for your self and for your team
Good ability to set up structures that are monitored, followed up and sustained over time
Ability to plan for the long-term and adapt actions accordingly to achieve desired results
Strong collaboration skills, networking skills, and ability to find the right co-partners within the organization
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate knowledge, ideas, and insights clearly and directly
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
