About the job
The overall purpose is to facilitate the sustainability journey within the Business Marine Separation & Heat Transfer (BU MSH) towards becoming carbon neutral by 2030. Furthermore, it is to develop the ability of the BU MSH to capture business opportunities related to sustainability.
Key tasks:
* Be the owner and driver of the BU MSH sustainability road map and deliver on our ambitious sustainability targets
* Support the organisation in sustainability related initiatives and processes
* Create an external network to ensure good learning from peers in the industry
* Proactively participate in the Alfa Laval cross-country "Sustainability Community".
What you know
To succeed in this position, you:
* Have a technical educational background
* Bring strong experience with sustainability on a strategic and tactical level from an international technical environment
* Are well versed in working and translating the UN GOALS into business opportunities
* Have substantial project management experience with good stakeholder management across all levels
* Have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
