hela Sverige Sustainability initiatives are integrated into all of ASSA ABLOYs business processes, from product development to purchasing, production, logistics and sales. The goal is to reduce the impact on the environment, conserve resources and lead developments to meet the rapidly growing demand for sustainability products.
As the Group's Sustainability Director you will coordinate all sustainability initiatives in ASSA ABLOY through close collaboration with the different stakeholders and functions across the organization. You will be responsible for development and management of reporting, calculation, analysis and follow up of the strategically important areas of sustainability. Your role also include reporting and dialogue with authorities, supporting in the dialogue with media and investors, and keeping up to date with compliance documentation for sustainability regulations. You will be responsible for the annual Sustainability report, web content, the reporting system and the quarterly reporting of sustainability data, coordinating the sustainability efforts within the ASSA ABLOY group.
You will be working closely with the Health and Safety working group, where you will provide expertise, support and training to help drive the development of compliant working methods throughout the organization.
You will report to the Group's COO and be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
You have a University degree, preferably in engineering, in combination with relevant documented experience from an International organization, probably from a listed company in the manufacturing sector. You are a skilled analyst, and you are used to manage extensive reporting, calculations and KPI follow up.
To succeed in this role you need to be a clear and to the point communicator, with the ability to coach stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You also need to have a high and developed financial understanding, with experience from working with complex report consolidations.
