As our sustainable coordinator, you will entail measuring performance and progress of strategies for the designated focus areas and executing improvement and initiatives. You will support us in achieving our long-term target on sustainable materials and maintaining the 'Leadership' rating within Fair Wear Foundation on social responsibility. .

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Sustainability Coordinator you will report to Senior Sustainability Manager. You will play a vital role by:
Analyze sustainable material use
Follow up on animal welfare and/or traceability standards for wool, leather, and cotton
Plan, participate, and follow up on social audits and supplier training
Coordinate seasonal supplier evaluations and scoring on social compliance
Support sustainability certification processes in collaboration with internal departments and external certification bodies
Follow global developments related to material innovation in sustainable materials

Specific personal qualities for this role:
Structured and driven sustainability generalist
Knowledge of labor rights, working conditions in international supply chains, and production development processes in fashion brands
Experience in social compliance, environmental certifications, and research
High aspirations and commitment to excellence
Acts with integrity, possesses a natural ability to influence, and builds trust
Values simplicity over complexity and is guided by impact rather than prestige
Pragmatic and hands-on, with a track record of getting things done
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility and teamwork

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Academic degree in sustainability, human rights, textile technology, or a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with high-fashion brands
Experience in PLM and/or Higg index

Fluent in English
