As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will contribute to the development and execution of our long-term business and sustainability plans.

Skills and Experience
• University degree in Sustainable Development/Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
• Sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.)
• Sustainability data collection, analysis and management
• Project and process development and implementation
• Corporate sustainability due diligence
Your role at Aurobay
As a Sustainability Coordinator you will:
• In your role you will support with data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting activities connected to the annual report, related to frameworks such as the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy. This will include implementation of disclosure requirements and close interaction with internal stakeholders.
• As part of realizing our sustainability ambitions and targets, you will be involved in project and process management within various sustainability areas. You will support our Sustainability Manager with development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability targets, action plans and other activities supporting our strategy.
• As part of the preparation for the upcoming CSDDD legislation, you will support with the development of the supply chain due diligence program, including risk management and supplier evaluation.
• We are looking for a person with a strong passion for sustainability, who is a driven change-maker and an open-minded, flexible team player with great communication skills. The person suitable for this role further has the ability to work independently in a structured, efficient manner, and has good analytical skills. We look forward to your application!
