You also support the group management in the area of Sustainability reporting through an accurate, relevant and timely operational reporting process.In this role you have a great opportunities to participate in developing the sustainability reporting for Epiroc.

Your mission
As a sustainability controller, you will work with consolidation and analysis of the sustainability data in the Group's consolidation system. You are responsible for ensuring that effective sustainability reporting is in place and that the Group complies with the requirements set on the company's sustainability report. It is also part of the role of sustainability controller to proactively follow up on new requirements. For 2023 and 2024 especially CSRD will be the main focus. In addition to the ongoing work with sustainability reporting, the sustainability controller is responsible for training all reported units in what is to be reported. You will work in a team together with group financial controllers where you are the expert in the area of sustainability reporting. You will also work closely with VP Corporate Responsibility and have close contakct with a number of functions within the organization, such as HR, SHEQ and Purchasing.
In your role as sustainability controller, your main tasks will involve:
* Responsible for consolidating sustainability data for the Group.
* Ensure an efficient reporting process of sustainability data in the consolidation system.
* Follow-up and interpretation of new requirements for sustainability reporting.
* Together with the sustainability manager manage the work with the sustainability report which is integrated in the Group 's annual report.
* Provide training to all reporting entities in sustainability data reporting.
* Responsible for reporting-related projects, such as the EU taxonomy.
Location and travel
This position is located in Nacka, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your profile
We would like you to have a university degree in economics, sustainability or similar as well as previous experience in a similar role. You need excellent skills in Excel and Power Point and good understanding from information systems, knowledge in SAP BCS is a plus. It is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, as a large part of the communication is in English.
We'd like to see that you are positive, energetic and proud of your work. You are also solution oriented and analytical and can work at a high pace without losing the feeling of details. To thrive in this role, you are a team player with the ability to take lead and to work independently.
