This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic Manager who will manage a KellyDeli owned Sushi Daily kiosk.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Manager will create and maintain a true brand experience for our customers and partners. The Manager will ensure our Training Centre / Flagship Kiosk delivers the highest-quality food standards and outstanding customer service. They will lead and develop their team to continuously grow performance and like for like sales.

Our products are hand crafted in front of our customers and so our Manager must be customer service oriented and passionate about our products and our brand.

Responsibilities:
People Management
Recruiting and training new staff
Developing existing staff
Motivating and encouraging the team to achieve targets
Managing team schedule and payroll
Actively demonstrates company values drives values within the team
Health and safety management

Drive Operations Excellence
Coordinating production and sales teams
Budget management
Production planning
Stock management
Cost control
Continuous improvement in Operations
Liaise with eco-system (suppliers, retailers, KellyDeli team, consumers, etc)

Deliver High Quality Products
Respect menu book and product concept
Full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Leads a customer-service and customer-satisfaction oriented team.
Creates a positive customer experience
Manages customer feedback and complaints
Creates great retailer relationships

Grow Sales Performance
Analyze sales performance
Manage turnover
Establish action plans for achieving agreed sales targets
Promote our brand and products
Marketing management
Creates marketing initiatives
Manage business pilot activities
New product implementation

Training Responsibilities:
Manages all training requests
Coordinate training plan for trainees (Managers, KellyDeli team etc)
Follows Academy training processes
Completes all relevant training documents
Deliver training to trainees
Evaluate capability of trainees and provide feedback to stakeholders
Works with Partnership Manager to deliver training objectives
Trains and coaches team members to support training requirements for others

Skills / Profile:
Solid people management experience
Business and commercially oriented with excellent customer service skills
Solid organization and relationship management skills
Flexibility, open-mindedness, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
Tenacious and focused, Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Financial awareness
Self motivated and motivates others
High quality and food safety standards
Passionate about Asian Food
Languages: Local language and fluent in English
Desirable:
Experience with the Asian culture is an advantage
Relevant degree in Business Studies, Management, Hospitality or Catering Management
