A career within PwC Legal services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients to address and manage their legal affairs.

Right now we are searching for new colleagues to our Legal department focusing on land issues. In this position you will provide qualified work and advice regarding land issues such as property formations and other cadastral matters, easements (servitut), utility easements (ledningsrätt), leasehold (arrende). We advise clients regarding property development and restructuring of real estate.

In this position you will be able to work closely with colleagues not only with legal experience, but with auditors, tax specialists and other competences from our company to meet our customers needs. You will be able to develop by learning from and cooperate with competent colleagues and work independently with clients to build professional relationships both inside and outside of PwC.What we offer

Responsibilities
As legal advisor, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills
To succeed in the role you have:

A minimum of 5-7 years experience working with land issues and property formation at Lantmäteriet or as a legal advisor.
An academic degree in land management (Lantmätarprogrammet) with economic/legal orientation or a master's degree in Law.
Genuine interest in consulting and a good analytical ability.
A high level in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
