hela Sverige For Cargotec Sweden AB in Bjuv, we are looking to employ, on a permanent basis, Surveyors for Business Area; Bulk Handling Services
Bulk Handling Services (BHS) is responsible for operating a service and spare parts business for approximately 350 installations that have been delivered all over the world, and in recent years this has expanded significantly.
As a Surveyor you will perform inspections and manage repairs and rebuilding assignments on unloading, loading and terminal equipment in the field on behalf of our customers. You will also be involved in offering advice and troubleshooting, training customer staff and the development of customer relations. In office you will work with technical and commercial quotations and sales, in writing report work done in the field, plan for upcoming tasks in house and on the field as well as take part in developing new ways of working.
We are looking for someone who is a marine engineer, mechanical or electrical engineer or equivalent, and who has practical experience and theoretical knowledge of automation and or mechanical installations. Also it is an advantage if you are experienced in lifting of heavy equipment and have basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, control and regulating engineering is also necessary.
The position requires you to have good social skills and an ability to build excellent customer relations. We expect that you have sales skills and are independent and can travel at short notice for longer periods all over the world. You are clever at problem-solving and well planned. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
