You will have customer contacts on phone, email and chat and together with our developers handle technical issues as they occur.
Our technical surveillance and support covers all hours, why you will be working in shifts, alternating between days, evenings and nights. Our company language is English, so it's important that you are comfortable with the English language in both speech and in writing.
