About the role
The main task at this position is being support technician for callers and tickets who have problems or questions about the company 's products. The callers most often call with remote-cases that you are supposed to solve. The role is positioned in Gothenburg but European travels can occur. For example, travel can occur when there are problems with the product and the problem can only be solved on-site.

About you
You have a background as an electrician from high school or practical college. It doesn 't matter if you are junior within the electrical field or senior, this opportunity suits both of you. You are fluent in English both verbal and written. As a person you are service minded, problem solving, driven, dedicated and have a feeling for both working in teams and supporting others. It is also required to have a driver 's license.
