On behalf of one of our clients, a large, international company in the centre of Stockholm, we are currently looking for a Support Technician / Helprunner for a temporary assignment. In the role you will be working in a team with support engineers.

• troubleshooting
• helping the customers with hardware and software questions
• providing the users with technical equipment.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We would like you to have good knowledge in following areas:
• Windows XP/7
• MS Office
• AD
• printer configuration
• fault localisation on hardware
• MAC (desirable, not essential).
Furthermore, you have strong administrative skills and a good command of both English and Swedish.
You are a service minded team player who also excels when working independently. Moreover, you have good communications skills and the ability to work under pressure.
