hela Sverige 3GNS AB is a mobile system consulting company, developing and delivering local and global services within the mobile telephony mainly focussing on operations maintenance of the GSM and the 3G systems. 3GNS AB has it's headquarter in Kista, Sweden.
We are expanding the support organization with a new Service desk Technician. The new position belongs to our Network Operations Services department and reports to the 3GNS project manager.
TASKS:
Day-to-day service and support interface for end-customers.
Co-ordinate with 3rd Line support and R&D resources
Participate for customers emergency cases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Collage degree 3 y within IT/data field
An understanding of the following technologies:
Linux operating systems
IP network design and operation
Good written and spoken English
Good problem solving capabilities
Outgoing personality with a customer focus and right attitude to serve the customer
Preferred additional qualifications:
Swedish speaking
Able to troubleshoot network issues.
Scripting languages; Python
Web technologies; HTML, PHP, Javascript, Silverlight, Flash
Database technologies; MySQL
Experience with configuration router, switches and other network equipment
Fixed employment with start in Jan 2015.
