At the core of our services is the concept of after delivery payment, which lets buyers receive ordered goods before any payment is due. At the same time, we assume all credit and fraud risk for e-stores so that sellers can rest assured that they will always receive their money. Our vision is to enable trust and to offer a frictionless buying experience to buyers and sellers across the world. Today, our payment solutions are used by thousands of online shops in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

The Merchant support department delivers hard-to-beat services to the e-stores that use our payment services. We have a small team of talented support technicians, working to keep our high quality towards the merchants and optimize our internal work. One of our talents is going on parental leave and we are now looking for a temporary replacement. Our new star will start in June and will join us for about 1 year.

As a support technician, you will be a part of team that works with building and supporting integration solutions between Klarna and our e-stores. As you love to use your programming skills in all sorts of areas, you will also invest time in creating technical solutions to make the department?s internal work more efficient.

In order to excel in this position, you need to:
• Be experienced in web development languages and related components (php, mysql, javascript, css, web server configuration, tcp/ip etc)
• Have a university degree supporting the above and/or have acquired the skills through practical work within the field
• Like solving tricky problems in stressful situations
• Take lead on solving larger cases in cooperation with other departments, such as Engineering, Risk and Sales, within the company.
