hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Bayou AB i Malmö We are based in Malmö and are looking for a person who can take lead on customer support and helping existing customers that are in the trial period of the app. The person should be comfortable with doing most of the work over the phone and e-mail. Traveling may occur.
The work is full time and is normal business hours, 07.30-16.30.
Main responsibilities include:
Help customers with technical questions and feedback.
Represent the company in a good way.
First in line when it comes to support.
Make sure our customers get started, onboarding them to the system.
Demonstrate the product to customers in trial.
We want you to have:
At least 2-3 years of customer support experience
Comfortable on the phone all day and with high to low workloads.
Be able to identify with the customer
You know how to multitask and work independently, find solutions on your own.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, as well as good IT habits.
You have a good technology knowledge about phones and applications.
It is an advantage if you:
Have experience from working in a preschool
Have experience from working with applications.
Have experience from admin work as well.
If you speak an additional language.
Got drivers license.
