Scania Credit (SCA) is a group of financing companies and is one of the 15 business units within Scania Financial Services. We specialise in financing and insurance solutions to Scania customers on emerging markets in more than 10 countries, mainly in Central and Eastern Europe. Our group, together with representation offices and operational subsidiaries, is managed by our dedicated staff of about 65 people in offices in Almaty, Arad, Banja Luka, Belgrade, Bucharest, Burgas, Kiev, Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Sofia, Södertälje, and Zagreb. The Group Head Office, as well as the legal entity Scania Credit AB, is based in Södertälje where we offer cross border financing solutions to customers in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Job description
Our Support and Maintenance Manager will go on maternity leave late April 2016. Therefore we are looking for someone to strengthen our team during her 10 months absence. The main task is to participate in strategically important projects within Scania Credit Group and work within the support and maintenance organization. In more detail that includes;
• Project planning, project coordination and follow-up on activities
• Take an active part within various projects and perform activities to ensure that the projects continues according to plan.
• Working with support-issues and documentation as second line support.
• Qualify and coordinate JIRA-issues.
• Check and document routines.
As part of our Support and Maintenance Organization you will work closely to Process Manager, IT and other departments and functions within Scania Credit Group.
Your profile
To be successful in this position you are a self-going and highly motivated team player, with the ability to make things happen and drive initiatives independently. You are a well organized administrator and used to working in an international environment with people of various background and nationality. Your "can-do" attitude and professional approach will be important in this role which offers you great opportunities to gain new knowledge and experiences. It would be beneficial if you have worked with complex projects in an international context and have experience from a Financial Services company.
Your skills and formal qualifications should preferably include: .A university degree
• Three or more years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of financing
Professional fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage)In this role you will report to Process Manager.
