The team is looking for a motivational, self-starter interested in education technology to support a growing partner ecosystem in Sweden. You will leverage your knowledge of using the company's e devices (Chromebooks for Education) and platforms (G Suite for Education) to train and manage existing reseller partners. A good proficiency in the technical aspects of G Suite for Education, Chrome and Android are needed along with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with our business partners. You will nurture and grow the relationship with reseller partners and act as the face of the company with those sales teams.

Requirements

• Individuals considered must be driven, outgoing, motivated, and express a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Applicant must show a great attitude with a track record of providing the highest level of support in a prior e environment.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess great communication skills (both written and verbal.).
• Swedish language required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Partner management experience
• Experience in Sales and Training
• Should be able to work independently
• Knowledge about partner ecosystem, edu ecosystem
• Previous Channel role

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of the company's products for Education and be able to implement these products and speak to their uses in a pedagogical environment.
• Experience in the Swedish technology sales channel or ed-tech channel

You will be expected to

• Maintain relationships with key partners
• Demonstrate products/devices with competence and confidence
• Have excellent presentation skills.
• Design training program for partners and resellers using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching
• Have good brand awareness and up to date knowledge on the companys technologies in Education.
• Have good analytical and planning skills to create new partner projects and support sales growth.
• Evaluate the competency levels of individuals so that you can work with employees, partners or customers with different knowledge and skill levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical to the job.
• Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks within a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong commitment to the team and the organization's success.
• Learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to articulate to peers, and management.
