Office language is English and Swedish is not a requirement. Other languages is always a plus. We have installations in over 20 countries. Especially fluent German and French in speech is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Focusing on support tickets to existing clients - which will generate business over time from our potential and existing accounts if we close support tickets quickly.
Taking care of the clients, knowing all the time what is going on and see all the problems before they report them to us.
Since we are a small company you will have contact with the customer and all relevant divisions.
To understand our clients it is helpful if you like retail and if you are interested retail technology trends - you will be in touch with many stores over the phone to try and help them solve issues remotely.
Help from time to time with testing to work proactively with less support tickets once we do releases.
For this an IT background is also required, as one of the main tasks will be software release management
When we do new introductions to potential clients we do integrations that you will be able to help us with.
We want to be the worlds best second display solution for retailers and need you in our journey to grow.
Skills:
If you have experience from MySQL that is always helpful since we have configurations in MySQL that might need to be changed to fix an issue
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively the client and also internally
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Highly self-motivated.
Also a technical background is required - good knowledge in software and hardware products. We work in multiple Windows / Mac / Android environments.
Experience with hardware management and software releases.
