Contents of Work
We are looking for a business oriented Support Manager to lead our support team and work with our customers and employees in the Nordic countries and rest of Europe.

You are expected to create strong relationships with our customers, keep continuously updated about the customers business and support requests, communicate the support value, sell our support offerings and ensure a high quality delivery of our services.

You will also be responsible for our internal support and IS/IT, ranging from hardware purchases to planning telephony solutions for our future needs.

As the leader of the support team you will be responsible for the efficient use of the resources and continuous development of the team members? competences. You together with the support team also cooperate with the delivery organization in PLM implementation projects. As responsible for the external and internal support profit and loss, you will report to the director of that business area.

Background and Competence
BSc or MSc degree, documented customer support management competencies, and experience of selling support are necessary. Experience of PLM or ERP systems is a benefit. A strong interest for and understanding of IS/IT systems is of course mandatory.

The support management competencies include ability to take a leadership position, be a driving and connecting force, and deliver solutions with quality, time and financial efficiency. Communication skills are required for creating good customer relationships and for effective internal teamwork.

Swedish and English language skills are required. French would be an asset.
