Your weekday
The company is a leader in the field and has a very positive engagement to society. You are member of the EMEA IT Operations team in the global IT department. Working in a professional, growing global enterprise environment.
The role is divided within various areas such as computer and peripheral support both remote and onsite, administration and project management. You will be working closely together with the business users. A few of the main task required in this role are as such:
Deployment of computer hardware and software as well as peripheral devices.Troubleshooting of end user hardware and software including repair and rebuild.Administer user system and network access in ERP / CRM / WMSAdvises stakeholders on technology growth opportunities.Participate in installation, testing, implementation of systemsParticipate in projects to deploy features to the organization.Coordination, planning and execution of project tasks.
Who are you?
You have good communication skills, both orally and written in English and Swedish. As a person you are analytical, determined and able to work independently when needed. You also fit well with our company's values - courage, frugal and honesty.
You have good knowledge in Windows 10, Exchange, Office365, Active Directory, Windows Scripting, Skype/TEAMS, iOS, Android and computer and mobile hardware. We believe you have at least 4 - 6 years' experience in a comparable position. Computer Science degree preferred but other degree or experience in the field of IT System Administration also admissible.
